Join Venerable Robina for an evening of insightful and transformative teaching from the Buddhist perspective on mental well-being. According to Buddhist teachings, our mind is the primary source of our happiness and stability, as well as our craziness and suffering.

You will learn to transcend negative emotions like anger and let go of deep-seated attachments, such as the need for approval from others. Ven. Robina will guide us in the art of objectively observing our minds, empowering us to look inward for happiness rather than seeking it from the external world. By becoming our own therapist, we gain the tools to find true inner peace and the ability to support others on their paths to well-being.
