There are many ways to approach the practice of
meditation. Buddhist meditation aims to cultivate an
interconnected awareness — one where the development of our
own inner peace connects into a responsibility and altruism
towards the world around us.
This all starts with an aspiration and approach towards
seeing and understanding our mind, thoughts, emotions, and
where we get stuck more clearly.
The more we see “clearly,” the more skillful we become in
our compassionate response to both personal and collective
suffering.
In this weekend retreat, and through periods of meditation,
Dharma talks, and Q&A we will explore the mind and its
incredible potential. All levels of meditators are welcome
to join!
