Geshe Sherab will teach on “The 37 Practices of Bodhisattvas,” a classic Tibetan text on mind training (Lojong) written by the 14th Century BCE Sakya master Tokme Zangpo. Considered a companion to Shantideva’s Bodhicaryavatara, in 37 verses, it presents the complete graded path of the bodhisattva to progress toward enlightenment.

Geshe Sherab says:

It is a beautiful lojong or mind training text that will give us a practice or the tools to deal with problems and obstacles; a method to transform difficulties and pains into the path and make them positive.

It also explains how to make our life meaningful and positive, and how to progress the journey on our spiritual path to enlightenment.

It is full of powerful and beneficial practices to transform our heart and mind from being self-centered to become more kind and compassionate; from being ignorant to more wise with more wisdom etc.
