In this module we will investigate what “samsara” is and how
we are stuck in it. Find out what “nirvana” is and how to
achieve it. Learn how to be free from suffering and gain
practical tools to deal with and eliminate disturbing
emotions forever.
We will also introduce the important topics of the Four
Noble Truths, the Twelve Links of Dependent Origination, and
the six root delusions, and their antidotes.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Venerable Tenzin Namjong

the kindness of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Lama Zopa
Rinpoche.
He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Princeton University
and has been part of the 19 year Geshe study program at
Sera Je Monastery
in South India since 2007.
Venerable Namjong is a registered
