Experiencing Resilience and Happiness

Life does not always go the way we want, as we all experience emotional and physical difficulties at various points in our lives. Compassion is not only our ability to bear witness to the difficulties of ourselves and others when they come up, but over time, it can become the very basis for how we view and hold ourselves within the world. As a result of this we can experience a type of grounded resiliency that can engage challenges with more ease and wisdom, bringing greater efficacy in overcoming mental and emotional habits that cause us unnecessary suffering.

Join us for an evening of meditation and discussion, accessing and deepening our connection to the resilient and compassionate heart.

Making Life Meaningful

In this workshop we will dive deep into the heart of the Buddha’s inner transformation and the spiritual tradition that arose from it. Through a combination of experiential learnings, guided meditation and discussion we will explore how to access and develop a grounded sense of inner well-being, a more available and open space of mindful awareness, and deeper insight into how to better overcome mental and emotional habits that cause unnecessary suffering.
