Join us for this experiential series exploring the
afflictions that disturb our contentment and their remedies
to develop a sense of well-being.
The Buddha taught that afflictions such as pride, anger, and
attachment are not inherent in our nature. As such, these
afflictions can be removed and our true nature—which was
merely obscured by these habitual misunderstandings—can be
revealed so all can reap its benefits.
This particular module will focus on miserliness and belligerence.
Don Isaacson is an advanced Dharma student having followed the FPMT Basic Program courses in person for many years, and the FPMT Masters Program online, 2008 to 2013. Don currently serves on the Board of Directors at Land of Medicine Buddha in Soquel and at Vajrapani Institute in Boulder Creek.

In a typical class we will have teachings, meditations, and discussions. We will focus on a particular topic for a few weeks.
Drop by anytime — there is no need to have taken prior classes in this series.
