Practical Buddhism Series

Anger and Patience, Attachment and Aversion

with Don Isaacson

Thursdays, 7:00pm – 8:30pm
March 23 – April 13, 2017

Join us for this experiential series exploring the afflictions that disturb our contentment and their remedies to develop a sense of well-being.

The Buddha taught that afflictions such as pride, anger, and attachment are not inherent in our nature. As such, these afflictions can be removed and our true nature—which was merely obscured by these habitual misunderstandings—can be revealed so all can reap its benefits.

This particular module will focus on anger and its antidote, patience, as well as on attachment and aversion.
