Establishing a Daily Practice

In order to make greater progress along the spiritual path,
it is useful to begin a daily practice at home, at whatever
level is realistic in your life. In this class, we will
learn how to establish a daily practice that is balanced and
is practical for you.
This course will include the following topics:
- How to set up an altar
- The various elements of a balanced practice
- Introduction to preliminary practices and why they are helpful
- How to turn everyday activities into the path
- The most important aspect of practice
Everyone is welcome!
Although it is part of the Discovering Buddhism program,
anyone is welcome to attend — you do not have to have
attended previous modules.
