Applying Buddhism to Our Daily Life

In this class, we will discuss how to use Buddhist methods
to better deal with the challenges that arise in daily
life. Various techniques for reducing and eliminating
difficult emotions will be presented which can help us
maintain a more peaceful state of mind.
We will also explore the causes of pain and suffering
according to Buddhism and how to ultimately overcome them
and achieve a lasting sense of well-being. This class is
open to everyone. All are welcome.

Don Isaacson is an advanced Dharma student having followed the FPMT Basic Program courses in person for many years, and the FPMT Masters Program online, 2008 to 2013. Don currently serves on the Board of Directors at Land of Medicine Buddha in Soquel.
