The text “The Thirty-Seven Practices of Bodhisattvas”
by Gyalsé Tokmé Zangpo
is a
practical and inspiring guide for developing our ability to
be happy and benefit others by overcoming disturbing
emotions. Bodhisattvas respond to difficult situations in a
constructive way by understanding the nature of
reality. Through the practice of cherishing others more than
themselves, Bodhisattvas view living beings as the source of
all happiness and attain enlightenment solely to work for
the good of all.
