“How to Meditate” open talk with the author Venerable Sangye Khadro

All are welcome! Please join us for an interesting talk on meditation by the author of the book “How to Meditate”, Venerable Sangye Khadro (Kathleen McDonald). She will discuss some of the different types of meditation, the value of doing them, and how they can enhance our practice. Ven. Sangye Khadro will also explain some techniques for dealing with the difficulties of meditating and ways to help overcome them. There will be a simple guided meditation and time for some questions.
